Featured recipe of the week - By Brittany (shortmama)

Grands Taco Melts
(my family calls them Puffy Tacos)

1 package taco seasoning mix
2/3 cup water
1 1/2 cups salsa
1 lb ground beef, cooked, drained
1 can Pillsbury® Grands!® refrigerated biscuits
1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese or Mexican cheese blend

Another version, which my family totally loves....
1 lb. cooked chicken (chopped or shredded)
Ranch dressing (enough to flavor and moisten without being soupy)
Mexican Cheese blend shreds
Mix together and heat, then either using same method as above recipe with the biscuits...or since I didnt have any biscuits thawed, I substituted with the Crescent Recipe Creations sheet of dough. Put filling on it roll or fold over and seal edges and bake til golden. Then I covered it with more of the cheese, put it back into still warm oven just to melt. Then I pour salsa verde over and serve.
